About The Englishman
Fear is a reaction. Courage is a decision.
The Englishman started from a simple observation: a lot of men in this country have quietly stopped saying where they are from. Not because they stopped caring, but because somewhere along the way it became easier to say nothing.
We think that is the wrong trade. Pride in England is not an argument you have to win before you are allowed to feel it. It is just a fact about who you are, and it should be as ordinary to wear as any other part of your wardrobe.
What we make
Clothing, not merchandise. There is a difference, and it shows up in the third month rather than the first week.
Our range covers t-shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts and caps across two designs: the St George England line and the Make England Great Again line. Everything is cut in premium cotton, finished with double-stitched seams, and offered in a genuine size range from XS to 5XL rather than a token gesture at the top end.
We do not do oversized logos or novelty prints. The point is to be recognised, not to be a walking billboard.
How we work
We are a small operation, based in Kent and shipping across the United Kingdom. Every order is handled by the same people who chose the fabrics and approved the print. If something is wrong, you are not filing a ticket into a void — you are emailing someone who can actually fix it.
Who we are
The Englishman is operated by Andrew Gifford Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 102 Bromstone Road, Broadstairs, CT10 2HX, United Kingdom. Full company and contact details are on our contact information page.
If you want to reach us about an order, a size, or anything else, use the contact page. We read everything.
