Shipping

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We process and dispatch orders as quickly as we can, and you will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

We deliver across the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can deliver to you.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a further notification when it is dispatched. If you have not heard from us and are unsure of the status of your order, get in touch with your order number and we will check.

Returns and exchanges

We want you wearing something that fits. If it does not, contact our team and we will evaluate every request with care and consideration.

Size exchanges

If the size is wrong, contact us and we will arrange an exchange. Items should be unworn and in their original condition.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will resolve it.
