These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thenglishman.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.

  • Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to display products accurately, colours and finishes may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
  • Our products are made to order; slight variations between items are normal and are not considered defects.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and, where applicable, include VAT.
  • We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price, or to cancel the order.
  • Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • You confirm that the payment method used is your own or that you are authorised to use it.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
  • An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the product(s) and send you a dispatch confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (without limitation) where the product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
  • For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. These are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, slogans, images and the "The Englishman" brand — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content or designs without our prior written permission.
